Like we explained earlier, there are many thing that JUST TALK can be used for. It's uses are endless. From educational to fun. Today we've decided to share on of the new good uses. It's JUST TALK's first audio book experience. We have so much planned for this app and we thought we'd share on in a little scale. Imagine everything audio on just one app. It would be the Facebook of the audio world. A "How to Video" for your favourite Voice Messenger

Just Talk Audio Messenger Might be easy to use for some but not all. Although we'll be completely changing the user interface in a week time, we still thought we share a video on how to use the app as it is now anyways. Today's video will be on how to send a message. Sending your first message.

Can't say our app is without bugs, so we're constantly fixing it till the word "perfection" can be used to describe the app "Just Talk - audio messenger". In addition to fixing all the bugs, we also try to include at least on new feature to improve user experience and gradually let in on what the app is all about.

What's new.

• You will now be able to edit the title of your cast.
• You would now be able search the cast page by username/tittle/hashtags to find those who you want to listen to.
• New user interface in the search page (the age where you send people friend requests).
• Bug fixes in the search page. there would no longer issues search for friends by names or usernames.
• Timeline and cast pages would only load 30 messages at a time. more would be loaded only when you need it. simply scroll to the bottom of the page to load more.

Just Talk Version 1.0.1 update now available on the AppStore

In other for the app to run properly, the app needs permission to use your phone's storage and microphone. The app is only 10mb large and temporarily stores your audio messages in the phone hence it need extra storage. The only amount required is 22mb (making a total of 32, not much). The reason it needs your microphone is however quite obvious as it is an audio messaging app.

In the previous version you had to go all the way to your phone settings, find the app there and give permission and this could deter new users because many would not know what's going on. Don't want people thinking the app doesn't work. We had to improve on that. Now you can do that from the app like every other app. You would only be required to do this once as long as you do not uninstall the app.

Update your app now to get this feature.

The IOS version of the app will not be available for a limited from today. Were're making big changes

The tittle says it all. We're currently improving the app and pushing things really quickly. As we're still little this would affect the app's functionality hence why we've pulled it from the appstore while the changes are being made. However, for android users, this would be a bit different. we're expecting a fully functional android version to arrive by Next week.

When you find me or your friend and tap the box icon to add me or your friend, there may be no reaction but worry not, I or whoever you're adding will get the notified that you've send them a friend request (remember this is a test/beta version)
• After that, you may begin to use the app

Just talk: What's next

Hello Everyone. Some of you may already know what's coming next with our app and what the Long and short term plan of Just Talk entails. However not everyone knows. Hence the purpose of this blog. We will make sure you're not missing out. The early version of this app is already available for iPhones and iPods on the Appstore and you can quickly  download it by clicking on this link to download the app for free. However the version of the app that would first receive just talk's wonderful additional features would be the Android versions. At the moment just Talk is available for IOS and Android (check Instructions and download Link for Android version at the bottom of this post.) All you can do with the app are the following: Create and account, log in, log out, search for a friend, add a friend, reject or accept friend request, send and receive messages, delete a friend, block and unblock a friend and finally flag a friend. Additional features will be made available to Android versions first. The Latest Version of the Android version can be downloaded by clicking on this link. Please read and follow instruction before downloading.

Knowing your app (part 45) We're back

We're back!!!.  I hope we didn't miss us too much as I haven't been away just enjoying myself. work is fun so I did a sizeable amount of that also as i spent some time in Rhodes, Greece (will upload pictures in future posts). Now, whats new?
A lot is new but not available for everyone yet as we're still testing and improving. Little we are but with big talent and great minds we have. To come in the next few days will be perfect walking filters a refined Cast feature and some bug fixes.

Knowing your app (part 44) Breeze through the week.

Friday is literally knocking on the door so I believe there are alot of smiles on our faces. Its been a busy week so far although it's been very short but we've all prevailed anyways, i'm quite convinced. I have something I will really love to share to you guys. it's a screen record on how to show a specific feature of the app (Just cast). Much is to come, so please people invite all your friends, family and even enemies if possible. don't forget to add me ("keshjacobs" is my username) when you download the app But for now here's somthing I find exceptionally funny and cute.

Knowing your app (part 43) navigating through

Helo friends and family, aliens from outter space who obviously come in peace (we've established what peace means so no excude dear aliens). Many have download the app but not many know how well to use the app. at the moment you need add at least  one friend to be able to use the app properly. to record a message you have to select at least one contact. however it means you will have to ad atleast one person. It's pretty easy to do so. I've shared a link to show the search box.
There are three buttons/icons at the top of the screen. The one in the middle is the one we need. simply tap it to acess your profile and the search box to find your new contact. Feel free to add me and ask any questions. "keshjacobs" is my username. Its bank Holiday in Uk today so we'll be having a short working week which starts from tomorww. Less complaints about a long week once again.

Hello great people of planet earth and all aliens from outer space and on earth who ofcourse come in peace (we've already established what "peace" means so we're all good). I hope you've been having a good week so far. Once again the week is coming to an end. Lots planned I believe. For those the new readers, Just Talk - DTJT is a free messenger for sending Voice messages only. All messages get deleted after 24 hours regardless of weather you've opened them or now. we're new and are still perfecting the app so many more cool things to come. feel free to hurry up and get on the early bird users, be proud to be amongst the first, choose a username that you don't have to change cause someone else has already chosen it (perks of being the first). I have not been able to make posts for the past few days as i've been too busy enjoying the long weekend just like everyone else. It was my birthday on easter sunday so thank to all the christsians who celebrated it aswell. Big thank you to all my well wishers. I got one super surprise also (picture is bellow). In the rear case that some of you don't know what "DTJT" means. It means "Don't text Just talk". you will find it almost everywhere we write the name of the app. We're forever trying to pass a message. One day when we have headphones on and listening to music, we would get a message on just talk and reply without ever looking at your phone. Just Talk vision. Knowing your app (part 27) happy mother's day.

Happy mother's day to every mother out there. Dead or alive you're still loved and would forever be loved. You shall not be forgotten and will forever be remembered. Massive thank you for all the sacrifices you've all made for your kids and we shall continue to cherish you forever. And to everyone  who has their mum alive and around I hope you treated her to something nice today. Wish you the best of weeks.
